    "Emma has given me so much motivation to exercise and improve my health and fitness. She is so professional, knowledgeable and dynamic as well as kind and encouraging. Her bespoke approach to my particular needs as well as an all round regime has meant I’ve felt improvements in my strength week on week. I have particular balance problems and Emma’s attention to this has meant I saw improved balance after only a few sessions. She has also stimulated me to workout at home in between sessions, which is amazing!  I would totally recommend Emma to anyone wanting to improve fitness, health and wellbeing!  And she makes it fun!"

    "Having become increasingly bored and lazy with my usual gym routine with very little to show for it, I decided it was time for a change.

    My first consultation with Emma was all about me! My goals, my targets, my strengths, my weaknesses, my dietary habits plus a short fitness test so that she could assess my abilities for when we got started. Emma tailored the workouts specifically to meet my needs, she made it all great fun to do, and I used muscles I never knew I had! We did a fantastic diverse range of exercises, most of which I’d not done before and I absolutely loved it. I was just beginning to see the positive changes in my body when I had an unrelated accident and haven’t been able to exercise for a while.

    I shall be back as soon as I am able in the near future because I know that Emma will give me the encouragement to find that motivation to help me get my summer body back!
