Progress faster with one to one personal training
I offer one to one personal training sessions in my private gym, with indoor and outdoor facilities. I use many varied training techniques and equipment such as spinning, HIIT, boxing, battle rope and weight training. The programmes are tailored to your individual needs and goals, include nutritional advice and take into consideration your lifestyle factors. My aim is to help you be the best version of you, whether that’s weight loss, muscle gain, lean muscle, toning, tightening or simply general overall fitness!
Working on a one-to-one basis is the best way of delivering tailored training plans and coaching, especially for those of you that are not confident and are perhaps self-conscious of exercising in large gyms. Personal training is an effective way of training; one hour of targeted training can achieve far more than 2-3 hours on your own.
Before putting your tailored training and nutritional programme together I will carry out a basic postural analysis to identify muscular strength, weakness and imbalances. The programme will include exercises to stretch out tight muscles as well as building up weaker muscles which will in turn allow you to work harder and be less likely to injury.
I will also ask you to complete a food diary at certain stages of your programme which we will review together. From this I will help you make good nutritional choices to aid weight loss, muscle gain and improved energy. A combination of good nutrition and an effective exercise programme will help you reach your goal.
